I photographed 5 to 15 weddings per year consistently for about 5 years, predominantly in Chicagoland and California prior to the 2020 COVID pandemic. Due to the changes in health, safety, and life protocols during that time, my career ended up taking a bit of a turn to focus mostly on creative direction, branding, identity, and Squarespace website design — which I still lean most heavily towards today. While I still occasionally photograph weddings for extra special couples these days, I traveled the USA in 2021-2022 as a digital nomad and landed in Portland, OR after that. I am now highly selective about who I work with when it comes to photography and the kinds of weddings I shoot. I tend to prefer smaller, intimate ceremonies and elopements with creative, fun couples who deeply appreciate my artistic lens and documentary style, book unique venues, and find heartfelt ways to make their big day less basic and more full of what weddings are supposed to be about — REAL LOVE.

I deleted a majority of the other 25+ wedding photo galleries I used to feature on this page because I prefer to shoot weddings that have vibes like those you see above.
